Serious Series Continued

Here is a new preliminary , 12 x 16, of a new painting. Studies and preliminaries have a purpose in that they help to establish what is working and what's not working in a painting. In the final set up for the larger and more formal painting, I made several changes. Stay tuned to find out what they are.
