The Happy Lucky Cat's (Maneki Neko) got my ...pallet knife.

There were three painting stations and still life set ups in the studio readied for painting. Which painting should be painted? Decisions, decisions. Answer: Why a fourth one of course! 

The charm of Maneki Neko beckoned to me from across the room. Unable to resist it's cuteness, I pulled the bottle of undrinkable high fructose corn syrup  from the larger still life  set up. This little life size, 5 X & inch, study has now been started. I am thoroughly charmed into painting not only this study but perhaps a much larger than life painting of Happy Lucky Cat on a scale of 20" X 28". This wasn't planned! Art happens. And so it goes.
