Off the Easel

Come Together sat on the easel for a full day and a half, all the while it was studied. In the end, only the handle of the center blue cup called out for attention; so changes were made. The top and bottom of the panel which wrap around were also painted. The painting is signed now. It will reside in a "drying room", a small space set up with very low humidity. When the painting is dry enough, it will be varnished and then photographed. I am expecting that I will be able to exhibit it at August First Friday. See you then.
The set up is gone, a new set up has been arranged. A new panel will be primed, toned and readied for the start of a new painting. Ready - Set - Go!
