Merry May Madness - First Friday - SoWa Art Walk

The May Madness begins! May 4th, First Friday open studios, 5- 9 PM at 450 Harrison Ave, Boston in Studios 223B. My new works (April Hours Bring May Flowers) are off the easel and onto the walls for the first time. For those planning on visiting Somerville Open Studios this weekend, Friday is sort of the vernissage of the SoWa Art Walk. on Sunday.

 Sunday, May 6th , opens the SoWa Markets. The farmers market, the craft market, the vintage market, galleries and studios are open and I will be too.Stay tuned for Art In The Villa, in participation with Newton Open Studios..more to follow next week.

Absolutely stunning colors and compositions! Great to see you at the MFA. I can't make it this weekend - up to Maine for a plein air workshop with Colin Page. I think it will be pretty damp :(. [PS: what did you think of the Alex Katz show? I am uninspired by his stuff]
